This is a commercial for Allstate, a car insurance company. It uses pathos to invoke an emotional response in the viewer who, hopefully, will then have a talk with their teenaged kid about safe driving. The man's voice in the commercial is an example of ethos, because the audience recognizes him as the man who is in all the Allstate commercials, and he's a very trustable person.
