Every person can relate to this cartoon because of the increasing unemployment rates and the declining desire to spend money. The thesis is sharp and precise. Someone could argue against it because as the thesis looks deeper into the cartoon, points will be presented that could be controversial. It is not too dense, because it presents points that will be looked into deeper and describes more in depth. Neither is it too simplistic; it presents points that show a little about what the cartoon is about.
