Academic Integrity Pledge

Academic integrity is using your own thoughts and ideas and giving credit to those whose ideas you borrow. In order to avoid plagiarism, these responsibilities and rules must be upheld:
.) Use clear citations for any quotations or paraphrases from outside sources.
.) When taking notes or researching, be sure to include the source of information.
.) Review the academic integrity policy.
.) Even if the information is questionable of citation, cite anyways to avoid any possible plagiarism.
.) Be sure to include a bibliography at the end of the paper.
.) Never copy and paste from a website.
.) Always cite images, charts, and graphs.
.) Correctly portray the idea that you are citing.
.) Use quotation marks for direct quotes from others.
.) Use your own words when paraphrasing.
